What to expect
You have decided that The Creaticians might be the right service for you but you’re not sure what to expect.
Let us give you a quick overview.
- You filled in our email contact form on the Contact Us page or you phoned us with your enquiry.
- Within 24 hours a Creatician will contact you or you will have already had a brief conversation with us.
- The Creatician will ask a series of questions to gather the necessary information for us to know if we are the right service for you. After all, it is very important to us that the outcome of our business relationship is a win:win, so we want to make sure we can both benefit from the relationship. An appointment time will be arranged for us to have a more indepth discussion about your project.
- We will then provide you with information for you to go away and process, depending on the type of service you are requiring.
- You will then provide us with more information if required and once we have a clear picture of what is required, we will provide you with a quote.
- If you choose to proceed, we sign a contract which states our terms and conditions, guaranteeing we both understand the specifications of the job and are happy with the quote, then you pay us a deposit of 35% of the total cost of the service, as this secures our services ensures we have the working capital to create resources for you.
- We then carry out the requested service within the agreed timeframe and within agreed guidelines.
- Upon completion of your product to a standard that we both are satisfied with, a final invoice is issued, with payment required within 7 days via direct deposit into our account. Depending upon the size of the project, payment may be required at the completion of stages, but this will be negotiated before the job begins. Final release of the goods will not occur until full payment has been received.
- You will then receive a quick call or email giving you an opportunity to provide feedback on the services provided to you.
