Be Good To Yourself
Hayley Solich wrote this song one night when she was feeling frustrated with her life. As she started what she calls her “Music Therapy”, she realised that sometimes we just have to be good to ourselves and make room for us to deal with ourselves with compassion and love.
This song is a reminder to all to ‘be good to yourself’.
A modern beat with mellow tunes makes a great song for a warm up for an exercise routine, music to do your housework to or just for mellowing out.
“I wrote this song one night at home. The children had been playing up and I felt so frustrated. So I went to my computer for music therapy. I often do this because I find that it music soothes the savage beast. This affirmation song came out of a heart that wanted to erase the stress and painfulness of disciplining children.”

Never Give Up
Debut single featuring 11 year old, Elise Solich, supported by 12 year old, Sarah Solich and Hayley Solich.
This affirmation and motivational piece of music features a nylon guitar and flute solo, with full band in support. Written as an encouragement for Jenny Jacob, Publishing Editor of Finally at 40 Life Begins Magazine, the message goes across the board to every person.
A great encouragemen to Never Give Up.
“I loved worked with my girls on this piece. Elise has just started to step into her voice and it is so encouraging to see her blossom as a parent. This piece was written for a very dear friend, Jenny Jacob, because we wanted to encourage her,” says Hayley.
Jenny Jacob says, “I couldn’t stop smiling!!! Tell your girls I love them and the Lord gave them beautiful voices to sing, let them know their words touched my heart. How can I give up when I hear that, I have saved the clip and when ever I am feeling down I will play it. There is a conviction when you hear that song so I am obliged not only to God but to your girls to not give up – it’s energized me to go go go go!”

You Can
Hayley Solich pulls out all the motivational stops here to deliver a driving rhythm and powerful message – YOU CAN!
This song will have you up, dancing and changing, “You can, you can, you can, you can!”
A fantastic inspirational and motivational piece that’s great for getting an individual or group inspired and fired up to believe in themselves and their personal power to pursue their dreams.
A wonderful affirmation piece with a contemporary rhythm.
“I wrote this song when I was participating in the Commando Kick Butt Challenge as part of the Personal Challenge Quest for Women Can. I was working out with a trainer and every time I put this music on all I could see was myself kicking into the padding or doing my boxing jabs. It became a bit like a mantra to me, and I kept telling myself, ‘You can, Hayley, there’s no such thing as can’t only won’t!’ To this day I still find this a very inspiring and motivating piece of music which I often put on to do the dirty jobs at home that I just don’t like doing and I find that it helps me get into the right mindset. Enjoy!”
