The Make-It-Happen Mastermind Group is all about being connected, being inspired and inspiring others. It is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to work together to build strong businesses.
As a solo entrepreneur or a home based business owner, there is more than just the physical aspects of running a business to contend with. There is also the emotional aspect. How do you find the motivation to keep going when the times get tough? Do you understand what your own motivators are and who you should be connecting into your business to help you keep on track and stay fired up?
And on the physical aspects front, how can you know if your ideas are going to work? Where do you get the resources from? And who can you partner with to literally make it happen?
The Make-It-Happen Mastermind Group will be a once a week meeting of a select group of people in business who want to benefit from the support of other business owners and also to contribute something. Facilitated by Hayley Solich and Jo McNeilly, it is an opportunity to accelerate the establishment or development of your business, whilst maintaining your focus. Hayley and Jo guarantee it will be more than just a ‘talk fest’ as they are both very ACTION and RESULTS focused.
“In my work with new businesses, I have noticed some key areas of need that are identical regardless of what business is being operated. These needs are:
- Getting a handle on yourself, your way of working and how best to organise yourself;
- Coming up with creative ideas to develop and market products;
- Access to other business owners to brainstorm ideas and obtain wisdom from those who have been there and done that;
- Getting around to planning, as many business owners are so busy working in their businesses they don’t have time to work on their businesses;
- Resourcing business projects;
- Obtaining practical support to get products to market;
- Evaluating and reviewing the business to ensure it is efficient and effective; and
- Human contact with others in a like situation from whom to draw support, generally, being connected.
“Running a business can be very isolating, especially if you work from home and don’t have any staff. If managed correctly, working in a team situation with others can inspire and motivate you, plus accelerate your business establishment and growth, because of the added benefits of shared knowledge and resources. Jo McNeilly is joining me to co-facilitate this program and is a fantastic addition to the team, as she is a personality profiling specialist, with a decade of experience in delivering coaching and facilitation and three decades of work experience in a business environment. I know that the combination of Jo’s coaching and team work facilitation experience and my technology, creativity and practical business strengths are going to really make for a well rounded and balanced program,” says Hayley Solich.
Hayley invites you to join the Make-It-Happen Mastermind Group, which will run on an eight week plan beginning on Sept 6, 2010. To obtain more information about the program and express your interest, please complete the form below.

“Hayley Solich has a profound ability to see beyond the problem and look for creative solutions. If it can be done, Hayley will find a way. It is not easy starting up a business and Hayley has been a wonderful sounding board and instrumental in providing direction, motivation and hands-on assistance when I needed support in my e-business.
“Hayley is also incredibly resourceful and has developed a multitude of practical skills that are essential in this age of technology. Hayley has a knack for design and captured the expression of an ebook cover that I asked her to design.
“Being in business requires a balanced approach to applying practical skills and thinking outside the square and Hayley Solich can do both!” – Christine Camp, ECardHuggers.com & ArtofDreaming.com.au
