A business all-rounder who lives her life balanced between left and right brains, Hayley Solich is passionate about developing people, all things creative and breathing life into APC client’s visions by helping them to take action.

Hayley is the ultimate personal and business mentor who is able to listen intuitively, bring clarity and help APC clients to achieve a lot in a little space of time.

“Many of us jump in the queue, and line up behind the person in front of us and just wait for things to come to us, hoping we will one day get to the front of the queue.  I teach people how to jump the queue in a non-aggressive kind of way or to start their own queue.  It’s all about staying ahead of your competition through innovation by being strategic in your thinking and assessing what you do as you go and making the necessary adjustments,” says Hayley.

Hayley will be working with APC Clients to:

  1. Help them clarify their vision
  2. Help them to identify what they need to do and to create a solid plan of attack.
  3. Assisting and monitoring client’s progress, whilst providing them with business support services.
  4. Helping clients to create branding packages that clearly communicate their message.
  5. Helping to raise the profile of APC client’s through managing media campaigns and online communication processes.

  • Hayley has over two decades of performing arts and public performance experience and is very comfortable and confident in up front roles as well as liaison with all the technical areas associated with events management.
  • Hayley has four children, so has honed the art of focus and managing competing demands.
  • Hayley’s studies include a Bachelor of Business (partial completion), Diploma of Creative Ministries. (dance/drama/music/theology), Cert IV in Small Business Management, and Cert IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Hayley founded The Creaticians in 2009 and has worked with small businesses for the past three years.  Prior to that Hayley was a Lecturer and Sessional Trainer for tertiary and secondary institutions in Perth presenting information on business, technology and communications related subjects in both the classroom and the workplace.  Hayley has also presented the Certificate IV in Small Business Management.
  • Hayley work in Employment Services assisting the long term unemployed to find employment, where she gained extensive knowledge of career development and experience in industry liaison.  She also honed her skills as a personal mentor, working one-to-one with clients to motivate and inspire them to succeed.
  • Hayley is the Founder and Chairperson of Women Can International Inc, an innovative women’s association based in Perth.
  • Hayley has been heavily involved in the publishing industry for the past two years, working as a Feature Writer and Editor for Finally at 40 Life Begins Magazine and a designer for online magazine, Social Media Woman. Hayley has a good working knowledge of the publishing industry and in 2011 published her first book for a client, The Butcher Who Bakes.
  • As a designer Hayley has produced over 50 websites and branding packages, including facebook banners, business cards, letter heads, email signatures, logos and other promotional items.  Her ability to break things down and communicate them in an easy to understand manner, has meant that APC Clients have increased their technology skills whilst working with her.
