Andrew is our go-to person for the logistics of our business and has strong team leadership skills and a reputation for improving the standard of work and efficiency of production teams.
“If you analyse your processes, there is always room for improvement and the people who really know how to make those improvements are those at the coal face. The problem is that businesses forget to take the time to listen to their staff and wonder why their systems break down. Innovation is only possible if we are willing to look at what is not working and opt for change,” says Andrew.
Andrew will be working with APC Clients to:
- Help to identify how they can simplify their processes for greater efficiency.
- Manage the logistics of their projects.
- Assisting and monitoring client’s progress.
- Assessing the risks in future projects.

- Andrew is an artist and with his fine eye for detail, will be ensuring the quality of all artwork created by APC is of a high standard.
- Andrew has two trade qualifications, Cert IV in Motor Cycle Mechanics and Cert IV in Saw Doctoring.
- Andrew has been the production manager at two large plants where he has managed small production teams and scheduled production.
- Andrew also has retail management experience, having working as a manager in a fast food shop for an extended period.
- Andrew has experience in up front roles as both a performer and MC.
- Andrew is the father of four children and is very passionate about his family.
- Andrew loves to fish (corporate fishing trips a must!) and tinker with bikes and cars.
